About The Position
Givens Estates Assisted Living in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a PRN CNA for the second shift, scheduled from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Flexible scheduling may be available to support work-life balance. The role assists nurses in caring for residents and supports residents with transfers, transportation, feeding, and activities of daily living. The position requires using a gait belt and proper body mechanics. Compensation is $19.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differential pay and $2 PRN pay.
Requirements
- Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I (CNA) Registry.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist nurses in the care of residents.
- Transfer and transport residents.
- Assist with feeding.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Use a gait belt and proper body mechanics.
