About The Position
The CNA/Med Tech supports residents in Mirabella Seattle’s Memory Care unit as part of its specialized Memory Support Program. The program combines specially trained staff, adaptive programs, and purposeful physical space to help residents and their families find joy and meaning each day. Mirabella Seattle is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in downtown Seattle, with a 46-bed skilled nursing facility and independent- and assisted-living residents. The leadership team offers learning and development, mentorship, and promotion opportunities. The position is on-call.
Requirements
- Must hold a current CNA license (NAC in Washington State).
- Must have a Nurse Delegation training certificate.
- Prior experience passing medications and managing a medication cart is required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in memory care or senior living is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Support Memory Care residents as part of the Memory Support Program.
- Pass medications and manage the medication cart.
