About The Position
St. Joseph of the Pines is seeking compassionate CNA/Med Techs to join the team at The Coventry in Southern Pines, North Carolina. The role involves providing personalized care, supporting residents with daily activities, and helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. Requirements
- Active CNA certification.
- Active Med Tech certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility.
- Support safe transfers and repositioning using appropriate equipment.
- Perform and document assigned restorative care activities.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Follow infection-prevention, safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Help maintain a respectful, caring environment that promotes residents' dignity and independence.
