About The Position

Piedmont Crossing is excited to once again offer our CNA Learn & Earn Program! Designed to help address the growing need for qualified Certified Nursing Assistants, this North Carolina state-approved program provides both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the state CNA written and skills examinations. Our on-site program runs for four weeks and enrolls 10–13 students per class, allowing for personalized instruction and focused training on essential nursing assistant responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must remain employed with Piedmont Crossing for at least one year after completing the program to have training and certification expenses covered.
• Must be looking for a rewarding healthcare career.

Responsibilities

• Gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the state CNA written and skills examinations.
• Receive classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training.
• Focus on essential nursing assistant responsibilities.
