About The Position

Piedmont Crossing is offering its CNA Learn & Earn Program, a North Carolina state-approved program designed to address the need for qualified Certified Nursing Assistants. This four-week, on-site program includes classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training to prepare participants for state CNA certification exams. The program enrolls 10-13 students per class, ensuring personalized instruction. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge and skills for essential nursing assistant responsibilities.

Requirements

• Commitment to remain employed with Piedmont Crossing for at least one year after completing the program.
• Must be eligible for an hourly pay increase upon certification.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete the state CNA written and skills examinations.
• Participate in classroom instruction and hands-on clinical training.
