About The Position

Belleview Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA Instructor - RN to join our team in Saint Joseph, MO. This role is essential in training and preparing certified nursing assistant candidates to provide high-quality care in various healthcare settings. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience as a CNA and/or in instructing CNA programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing assistant duties, state regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom and clinical environments effectively.
• Passion for teaching and developing healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials for CNA training programs.
• Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction to CNA students.
• Assess student performance through examinations, skills testing, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing assistant training.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide students with relevant clinical experiences.
• Support students’ professional and personal development throughout the program.
