About The Position

Lorien Harmony Hall is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-II) to work in its Assisted Living and Memory Care unit, Harmony Park, in Columbia, Maryland. The role provides compassionate, patient-centered, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities, following established policies and procedures and working under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The goal is to support each resident’s dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available, with day, evening, and night schedules. Lorien Harmony Hall is a family-owned assisted living community with a long-standing history of care for seniors. Its campus also includes Lorien Columbia Nursing Home, and Harmony Park is a dedicated Memory Care unit serving residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The organization describes its approach as combining tradition with modern advancements in medicine and technology.

Requirements

Active Maryland CNA-II license.
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.
Assist residents with daily living activities.
Deliver hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to support residents’ dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
