About The Position

Caring Senior Service of Fort Myers is hiring compassionate, experienced CNAs and Home Health Aides to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres, North Fort Myers, Naples, and surrounding communities. The role supports seniors in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

This is a part-time position with flexible morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience. Additional hours may be available depending on caregiver availability and client needs.

Requirements

• Valid Florida CNA certification or an HHA certificate with a minimum of 75 hours of training.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must have already passed Florida Level 2 background screening with current, verifiable clearance; pending screenings are not accepted.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to speak, read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes.
• Must be punctual, dependable, compassionate, and professional.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability, including Spanish or other languages.
• Dementia experience.
• Home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with walking, mobility, and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Support seniors with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
• Assist with post-hospital and rehabilitation recovery.
• Follow care plans, document visits, and report changes in client conditions.
