About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to care for clients throughout the Lower Cape. The role offers $22–$25 per hour, depending on work location. Aides provide personal care and assistance with daily living and household tasks in clients’ homes. BAYADA describes its care team environment as supportive and offers flexible scheduling, opportunities near employees’ homes, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.
Requirements
- At least one year of work experience, or a current HHA or CNA license.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
