About The Position

NurseCore is seeking a CNA to provide in-home care for a client. This is a part-time position with 4 hours per day, 4 days per week, from Friday to Monday. Caregivers have a choice of shifts: either 7:00 AM–11:00 AM or 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Responsibilities will vary based on the client's specific needs.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• At least one year of CNA or HHA experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CNA license in the State of Nevada
• Current, hands-on CPR certification in compliance with AHA
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Successful background check

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and oral hygiene
• Assisting with transfers and positioning to wheelchair, bed, and vehicle, including use of assistive equipment
• Assisting with basic range of motion exercises, both passive and active
• Light housekeeping and tidying
• Meal preparation
• Occasional errands
• Other duties as assigned
