About The Position
Join Our Caring Team at PACE North! PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals age 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes across a 7-county area, with Grand Traverse County at the center. Since 2019, PACE North has been growing rapidly!
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think independently and problem-solve
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and passion for serving others
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, shopping, and meal support
- Taking vital signs and documenting participant care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
