CNA - Home Care (Full Time)

The Home Care CNA functions under the direction of a RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor in performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Employees providing Staff Relief are under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Designee while working in a skilled nursing facility. Employee may be required to lift transfer/transport adult clients.
Requirements
- Full-Time availability
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with a consistent/constant schedule and every other weekend.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients.
Responsibilities
- Performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living under the direction of a RN Case Manager or Nursing Supervisor.
- Performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Designee while working in a skilled nursing facility (for Staff Relief employees).
- May be required to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients.
