About The Position
Carewise Solutions in Tampa is hiring experienced CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA candidates for 13-week contract positions in a relaxed, community-based environment with moderate acuity. Staff work with a supportive RT and LPN/RN team and provide care at a patient ratio of 1:6. The role involves 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends. Pay is $15–$19 per hour, depending on experience, years of experience, and credential type. The hiring process is described as quick, with a fast turnaround for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA/DSP certification.
- Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Must pass AHCA Level 2 background screening and local laws screening requirements.
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or acute care is preferred.
