About The Position
Senior Home Companions provides compassionate, one-on-one non-medical care to seniors in the Indianapolis area. Caregivers build meaningful relationships with clients, provide personalized support, and help clients maintain active and engaged lives. The position offers flexible schedules and overtime pay at time and a half for hours worked over 40.
Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must have personal transportation.
- Genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
- Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with daily living activities, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and dishes.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
