About The Position
Senior Home Companions provides compassionate, one-on-one non-medical care to seniors in the Indianapolis area. Caregivers build meaningful relationships with clients, provide personalized support, and help clients stay active and engaged. The role offers flexible schedules and competitive pay, including time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40.
Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must have personal transportation.
- Genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
- Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and dishes.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
