About The Position

Requirements

Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before providing independent patient care, whichever comes first.
Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to demonstrate integrity, kindness, empathy, and professionalism.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn additional systems as needed.
Current Driver’s License required.
Driving record for the previous 36 months must meet Logan Health requirements and not include major driving offenses.
Personal vehicles used for Logan Health business must maintain state-required minimum liability insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Home Health Aide certification preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide basic patient care under the direction of assigned leadership.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, comfort, and mobility.
Obtain and document vital signs and communicate any concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate team member.
Accurately document care provided.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Assist with supplies, equipment, and day-to-day department needs.
Support patient privacy and confidentiality.
Work collaboratively with the care team to prioritize patient needs and provide high-quality care.
Support compliance with Medicare and other applicable regulatory requirements.
