About The Position

Billet Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to provide Home Health and Hospice care to geriatric patients during a 9-week episode. The CNA assesses patient needs and works with the Director of Nursing and RN case manager to establish a plan of care. Care is provided in patients’ homes or the facilities where they reside. Staff can build their own schedules and choose their workload. As patients begin services, the staffing team offers visits as coverage is needed. CNAs arrange visit times directly with patients, with visits typically lasting 45 to 60 minutes. Pay rates are established for a 20-mile radius from the employee’s home and include travel; additional compensation may be offered for patients outside the assigned territory. The role is PRN and performed in person in the Las Vegas area.

Requirements

Active CNA license in the state of practice.
Valid driver license.
Valid auto insurance.
CPR or BLS certification.
Valid TB test: a skin test within the last year or an X-ray within the last five years.
Passion and heart for total patient care.
