•Onsite

About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide patient-centered personal care and support to people receiving Home Health or Hospice services in their homes and residential settings in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding communities. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping patients maintain the highest possible quality of life. Hospice work includes supporting patient comfort and dignity while helping families navigate end-of-life care. This is a flexible PRN and per-diem opportunity. CNAs may accept available assignments based on their schedules, service areas, and patient needs. As Billet Health establishes its presence in the area and its patient census grows, visits and assignments may develop gradually. Visit volume may initially be limited, may fluctuate, and is not guaranteed. The staffing team will contact caregivers as opportunities become available in their service area. Schedules are coordinated according to patient needs, caregiver availability, and care plan requirements. Assignments may include routine Home Health aide visits, Hospice aide visits, personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene assistance, mobility assistance, safe transfers, comfort and safety checks, and ongoing patient assignments as the census grows. Training and onboarding requirements will be communicated during the hiring process, and any required training schedule will be discussed in advance. Compensation depends on visit type, service area, and assignment. Benefit eligibility may vary based on employment status and company policies.
