Responsibilities

Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
Assisting with medication administration.
