This role is crucial in enriching the lives of seniors in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, specifically at Carver Ridge, which offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 70-unit apartment-style community. Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
• Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.
