This role is crucial in enriching the lives of residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, specifically at Carver Ridge, a 70-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The community is known for its stable leadership and cheerful staff, aiming to help seniors 'Age Magnificently'. Lifespark is a comprehensive senior health company dedicated to helping seniors live healthier, more independent lives.
Requirements
- Compassionate towards others.

- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
- Providing direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
- Assisting with medication administration.
