About The Position
Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA to join their team. Trails of Orono Senior Living is located in Orono, MN, in a serene wooded setting next to the Luce Line Trail. They help seniors Age Magnificently in an apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Trails of Orono is an established community with a fun, caring, and passionate team.
Requirements
- Compassionate towards others.
- Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
- Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
- Assisting with medication administration.
