About The Position

This part-time daytime position offers a flexible schedule and is well-suited for dependable caregivers who take pride in providing attentive, one-on-one assistance, fostering meaningful rapport, and working respectfully in private homes, including those with pets. You’ll support clients in living safely and confidently in their own residences throughout Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Capitol Hill, University District, Lynnwood, Shoreline, West Seattle, Renton, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
CNA or HCA certification required
One year or more of experience supporting older adults
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
Clear background check and drug test
Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

Nice To Haves

Prefer a high school degree or GED

Responsibilities

Support everyday living needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and daily routines with dignity and care
Help maintain a tidy, safe, and orderly home environment through light housekeeping and general household support

Provide reliable, attentive care focused on safety, comfort, and an improved quality of life
Offer steady, caring companionship that helps seniors feel at ease and genuinely connected, while being part of a supportive team dedicated to thoughtful, person-focused care.
