About The Position

As a Real Estate Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire future leaders in real estate finance. In this role, you will: Serve as a lead facilitator for real estate classroom training sessions, guiding students and professionals as they build the critical skills needed to excel in their real estate careers. Develop your public speaking and presentation skills, establish your personal brand as a thought leader in real estate finance, and expand your professional network across the financial services and real estate industries. The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate finance and a passion for sharing knowledge through teaching.

Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused roles at an investment bank, private equity firm, or other investment firm.
Strong accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and analysis.
A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Flexibility to conduct training sessions Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
Ability to commit to at least 10 training days per year, with availability for domestic and international travel.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is a plus.
MBA from a top business school preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-person and virtual training seminars for clients, including: Undergraduate and MBA students at leading business schools.
Professionals at investment banks, private equity firms, and other corporate institutions.
Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized support to students.
Collaborate with WSP to: Enhance existing training materials and ensure they remain industry-relevant.
Develop new course content to meet evolving client needs.
Successfully complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program, a professional development program designed to equip instructors with advanced teaching skills.
