About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, people-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant to provide residents with personal care, support, and companionship. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, observing changes in residents’ needs, coordinating with the Nurse on updates to Resident Care Plans, and encouraging participation in community programs and activities.
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA.
- Medication Aide Certified credential.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents’ day-to-day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
