About The Position
Miller's Health Systems is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide basic care to patients and assist them with daily activities. The CNA observes patients for changes and promptly reports them to the nursing team, and collects and records information relevant to patients' conditions and treatment. The role may also be a first step toward a career in nursing. Applicants should be certified in Indiana, passionate about serving others, able to work with a dedicated team, and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
Requirements
- Be certified in the State of Indiana.
- Meet the basic qualifications set forth by the Indiana Department of Health, including being able to read, write, and perform simple mathematics such as addition and subtraction.
- Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course.
- Satisfactorily pass the physical examination administered for gainful employment in the facility.
- Be passionate about serving others.
- Be able to work with a dedicated team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
