CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (NIGHT SHIFT)
About The Position
The CNA performs basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. The role follows treatment plans designed to meet each resident’s or patient’s age, needs, and abilities. Care includes assisting with meals and nourishment, transferring residents using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices, ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. The Masonicare Health Center is a 260-bed skilled nursing facility in Wallingford, Connecticut. Requirements
- Current Connecticut certification as a nurse’s aide (C.N.A.).
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
