CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (NIGHT SHIFT)
About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant performs basic nursing care procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. The CNA follows an individualized treatment plan designed to meet each resident’s or patient’s age, needs, and abilities. This includes assisting with meals and nourishment, transfers using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices, ambulation, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. Requirements
- Current Connecticut certification as a nurse’s aide (C.N.A.).
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
