About The Position
Cordova Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to join its care team. CNAs provide essential support to residents in Memory Care, helping with daily living and other care needs in a team-driven environment. The listed shift is 3 PM to 11 PM.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification for the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services and perform duties assigned by clinical leadership.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living according to their care plans.
- Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
- Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep the supervisor informed of factors that interfere with performing assigned work.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic communications.
