About The Position
Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville is seeking compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to join its care team. CNAs provide essential support to residents in a team-driven healthcare environment, assisting with daily living and patient care in accordance with care plans.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification for the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services and perform duties assigned by clinical leadership.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans.
- Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services, including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
- Report changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with performing assigned work.
- Maintain the confidentiality of protected health information in verbal, written, and electronic communications.
