About The Position

Comfort Keepers is seeking certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and certified home health aides (CHHAs) to provide compassionate, personalized, non-medical care to seniors and adults in their homes across Oklahoma. This PRN, as-needed position offers assignments based on client needs, location, qualifications, and caregiver availability. Hours are not guaranteed, and there is no minimum number of hours or consistent weekly schedule. Caregivers provide their availability and preferred service area and may be contacted when assignments become available, including short-notice coverage, new client starts, weekend shifts, or ongoing care opportunities.

The role offers weekly pay, flexible assignment scheduling, supplemental income opportunities, one-on-one client care, paid orientation and training, support from a local office team, and potential for ongoing assignments as client needs grow. Opportunities are available in Enid, Duncan, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and surrounding communities.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma CNA or CHHA certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to scheduling requests.
• Ability to work independently in a client's home.
• Willingness to accept occasional assignments based on availability.
• Ability to complete required orientation, training, background checks, and screenings.

• Previous home care or caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation when authorized.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
• Provide dependable coverage for available client assignments.
