About The Position

White Pine Senior Living is seeking a part-time CNA/Caregiver for its Fridley location on the PM shift. Caregivers work as part of a team to provide exceptional care and service to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. The role supports residents in reaching and maintaining their highest level of performance and independence while helping with personal care and daily living activities. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
No experience is necessary; paid training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities while supporting their performance and independence.
Take and record residents’ temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed.
Document services performed.
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition.
Assist with personal care, including shampooing, showering or bathing, incontinence management, transfers, and medication administration.
Communicate and interact professionally, respectfully, and kindly.
Communicate with and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
