Requirements

Compassionate towards others.
Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
Experience as a CNA, Caregiver, or HHA.
Ability to provide personal care services.
Ability to encourage independence.
Ability to treat residents with respect and dignity.
Ability to engage residents in meaningful conversations.
Ability to assist with medication administration.

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
