About The Position
Carver Ridge Senior Living is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join their growing team. Carver Ridge is a Lifespark Senior Living Community located near downtown Carver, Minnesota, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 70-unit apartment-style community. The company emphasizes helping seniors 'Age Magnificently' and provides stable leadership and a cheerful staff.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
- Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
- Assisting with medication administration.
