Carver Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant to join our growing team. Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Requirements

  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.
  • Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
  • Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
  • Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
  • Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
  • Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.
