Lifespark Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate and passionate Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Full Time) to join their growing team at Chaska Heights Senior Living. Chaska Heights is a 136-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The company is dedicated to helping seniors 'Age Magnificently' and offers a supportive leadership and staff environment.

Requirements

CNA, HHA, or Caregiver certification.
Compassionate towards others.
Passionate about enriching the lives of others.
Ability to recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Providing support to residents with their personal care services.
Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.
Assisting with medication administration.
