Requirements
- Current CNA certification required
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet physical requirements and pass DHS and criminal background study
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for providing outstanding care and customer service
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality resident-centered care while building meaningful relationships with residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and toileting
- Support a safe, healthy, and positive living environment
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with documentation and resident care tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, compassionate care
- Support residents with dignity, professionalism, and compassion
- Complete additional duties as assigned
