About The Position
JOIN OUR AMAZING ASSISTED LIVING TEAM! NC Assisted Living CNA / Medication Technician at White Oak of Tryon – Tryon, NC. Starting Pay range is based on experience, ranging from $17.00 - $22.00 per hour with shift differentials. 12-hour shifts available: PRN & Full-time availability 7 am - 7 pm. Requirements
- Current North Carolina CNA Certification required
- Current NC Medication Aide/Medication Technician Certification for Assisted Living required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care or assisted living experience is preferred—but caring hearts are always welcome!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Safely administer medications in accordance with NC regulations
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
