About The Position

John Knox Village is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team. This is a meaningful opportunity to support elders in a warm, person‑centered environment where teamwork, respect, and high‑quality care are at the heart of everything we do. As a CNA in Assisted Living, you will provide daily care, support, and meaningful engagement to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and home‑like environment. You'll work closely with a strong, collaborative team and enjoy excellent staff‑to‑resident ratios that allow you to truly connect with the elders you serve. This role is ideal for someone who values dignity, compassion, and relationship‑based care.

Requirements

• Current CNA license in the State of Florida
• 1+ years of experience in a long‑term care or rehab environment
• Current BLS certification
• Passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Subject to Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents in accordance with care plans
• Support meaningful life engagement and social interaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Perform other duties as assigned
