About The Position
John Knox Village is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for its Assisted Living facility. The role offers consistent schedules and a supportive work environment with a focus on meaningful engagement with elders. The facility is a not-for-profit Life Care Retirement Community with independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care options, located on a 70-acre campus in Pompano Beach.
Requirements
- Current CNA license in the State of Florida
- 1+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehab environment
- Current BLS card
- Subject to Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in the Assisted Living facility.
- Engage with elders in meaningful life activities.
- Maintain a safe and caring environment for employees, residents, and elders.
