About The Position

The Certified Medical Technician administers prescribed medications and treatments, performs routine procedures and tests, assists with exams, and records patient data in the EHR. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition, maintaining a clean and compliant work environment, collaborating with care teams, responding to patient needs, providing education, and engaging in professional development. The posting lists a full-time schedule of 3 PM–11 PM and a PRN option every other weekend. Hourly pay is $21.25, with shift differential depending on the shift.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification.
• Active CNA credential in the state of Maryland.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
