About The Position

Asbury Methodist Village is hiring a Certified Medical Technician (CMT) to administer prescribed medications and treatments, assist with routine procedures and examinations, and support patient care. The role includes documenting patient information in the electronic health record (EHR), monitoring and reporting changes in condition, maintaining a clean and compliant work environment, collaborating with care teams, responding to patient needs, and providing education. Team members are encouraged to engage in professional development.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification.
• Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
