About The Position

Asbury Methodist Village is hiring a Certified Medical Technician to administer medications and treatments, perform routine procedures and tests, assist with exams, document patient data in the EHR, and monitor and report changes in patient condition. The role includes maintaining a clean, compliant work environment, collaborating with care teams, responding to patient needs, providing education, and participating in professional development.

The posting lists a full-time schedule of 3 PM–11 PM and a PRN option every other weekend. The hourly rate is $21.25, with shift differential depending on the shift. Applicants must complete a brief questionnaire after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification.
• Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Med Tech or in a similar healthcare role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
