About The Position

Nest & Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients in the Montgomery County area. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need. This role involves providing hands-on personal and companion care, adhering to care plans, and observing clients for any changes in their condition. The agency is independently owned and operated, and all hiring decisions are made by the agency's management.

Requirements

CMT with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
Caregivers with no attendance issues.
Ability to work from Mondays through Thursdays from 8am to 12pm in Greenbelt or Bowie.
Caregivers who believe they can make a difference in the lives of their clients.

Responsibilities

Perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provide consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, and call-out procedures.
Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients being serviced.
Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
