About The Position

Griswold Home Care is actively seeking compassionate caregivers who enjoy helping seniors stay active, engaged, and independent. We have a growing need for caregivers who are comfortable driving clients to appointments, errands, social outings, community events, and other activities. If you have a reliable vehicle, a safe driving history, and enjoy getting seniors out of the house, we'd love to meet you. Many of our clients need more than personal care—they need someone who can help them maintain their independence by driving to doctor appointments, grocery shopping and errands, lunch outings and social activities, church services and community events, and visiting family and friends. If you're dependable, patient, and enjoy helping others remain connected to their community, you'll make a tremendous difference in our clients' lives.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable transporting senior clients
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Transportation experience is highly valued.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience caring for a family member counts.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation
