About The Position
Nest & Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers to provide exceptional care to clients in the Montgomery County area. If you have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help those in need, we want you to join our team. This role involves providing hands-on care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring clients receive consistent quality care based on their care plan.
Requirements
- CMT with at least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or have worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc.
- Caregivers with no attendance issues.
- Can work from Mondays through Thursdays from 8am to 12pm in Greenbelt or Bowie.
- Caregivers who believe that they can make a difference in the lives of their clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care, which may include assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Read the client’s care plan and assessments and provides consistent quality care based upon the care plan for each client.
- Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc.
- Clock in and out of every shift worked on the appropriate systems associated with the client or clients they are servicing.
- Observe clients, recognize changes in their behavior or health, and notify the appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary.
