About The Position

Right at Home Salt Lake is seeking caring individuals to join their team as Caregivers. They are dedicated to supporting seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This role involves providing companionship, emotional support, assistance with personal hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, maintaining a safe home environment, transportation, and medication reminders. The position is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building genuine connections.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience with dementia and behavioral care

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a hoyer lift and gait belt

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal hygiene and mobility
• Preparing healthy meals
• Maintaining a safe home environment
• Offering transportation to appointments or outings
• Giving timely medication reminders

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
