About The Position

ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator for a position located in Springfield, Virginia. This role involves working in secure environments in support of mission-critical operations.

This position will be required to input data and maintain the system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities in support of:
Assets and equipment inventory management;
Facility maintenance and repairs;
Service call/work order management;
Automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement;
Facility performance management;
Equipment performance management; and
Equipment maintenance/repair histories.
Candidate will also serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor and troubleshoot technical issues to support software and equipment.

Requirements

• US Citizen
• Eligible to obtain and maintain clearance
• Able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role, preferably with systems integrated with the Building Automation System, MS Office, and other systems
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS platforms
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of professionalism for client interaction

Nice To Haves

• Experience with WebTMA or similar CMMS platforms

Responsibilities

• Input data and maintain the system for tracking, automated notification, advanced reporting, and analytics capabilities in support of assets and equipment inventory management, facility maintenance and repairs, service call/work order management, automated warranty and regulatory compliance enforcement, facility performance management, equipment performance management, and equipment maintenance/repair histories.
• Serve as point-of-contact for CMMS vendor.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to support software and equipment.
