About The Position

As an Operations CMMS Administrator on Intersect's Operations team, you'll take full ownership of building and administering our Siteracker platform from the ground up to support enterprise-wide maintenance and operational workflows. You'll partner closely with field engineers, operations leaders, and asset managers to translate operational needs into intuitive, robust system designs that ensure long-term operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to lay the digital foundation for our operational management, taking Siteracker from an initial implementation to a core operational engine.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, and optimizing CMMS or enterprise asset management platforms.
  • Mandatory hands-on administrative experience with Siteracker, including custom workflow development, reporting, and user administration.
  • Prior exposure to maintenance management systems such as SAP or IBM Maximo within utility-scale energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
