As a Contract Manufacturing Welder at EZG Manufacturing, you’ll play a key role in fabricating and assembling diverse range of metal structures and components for a variety of manufacturing projects. We're looking for detail-oriented, safety-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

5 years of welding and fabrication experience; welding certification preferred.
Experience welding in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Skilled at working with a variety of materials, structures, and fabrication requirements.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust machine controls with precision.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control techniques, and safety procedures.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to visualize and work with parts in different configurations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Perform various welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding, according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding processes.
Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal parts with precision.
Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and assembly.
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust machines to maintain consistent production.
Maintain a high level of productivity by staying proactive, engaged, and focused on daily workflow.
Follow all safety and manufacturing protocols.
Other duties or special projects as assigned.
